Sarah Kenney, Chair
Sarah has an educational background in political science and completed her graduate work on increasing cultural accessibility to health care services for populations traditionally marginalized by western health care institutions. Sarah's extensive experience with politics and community services began as an assistant to Congressman Bernie Sanders. She then began her work with sexual assault survivors as the Development Director for the Women's Rape Crisis Center, which led to her current position as Public Policy Coordinator with the the Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. Sarah also serves on the Board of Directors of Vermont NARAL.

Jennifer Poehlmann, Treasurer
Prior to receiving her law degree, Jennifer worked and volunteered with agencies focused on children and victims, domestic violence shelters, the National Committee to Prevent Child Abuse, and the National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse. As a practicing attorney in the metro-Boston area, Jennifer represented children in abuse and neglect, status offense, and delinquency matters. She served as a guardian ad litem in child welfare proceedings and worked as an educational advocate for children with learning and/or behavioral disabilities. She was also a board member of the Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem and member of Citizens for Juvenile Justice. Jennifer served as the Director of Sexual Abuse Prevention Programs at Prevent Child Abuse-Vermont. Since 2002, Jennifer has been the Coordinator of the Victim Advocate Program at the Vermont Center for Crime Victims Services. Jennifer has been appointed by the Governor of Vermont to serve as a Commissioner on the Vermont Commission on National and Community Service and to serve as a board member on the Children and Family Council for Prevention Programs.

Jessica Oski, Secretary
Jessica Oski is an attorney living in Burlington, VT. She currently serves as Vice President for Public Policy and Government Affairs at Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. In addition to serving on the Board of LEAD International, she is currently serving, or has served, on the Boards of a number of state and local organizations, including Vermont Alliance of Conservation Voters, Vermont Access to Reproductive Freedom, Vermont Women's Health Center, Burlington Department of Public Works, ECHO at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, the Vermont Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, and the LZ Francis Foundation.

Lillian Kimbell
Lillian received both her undergraduate and law degrees at UCLA. She is currently the attorney and business manager for the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions. Lillian is active in global politics and is a strong supporter of the Arts.

Sylvia Morales
Sylvia received her graduate degree in Library and Information Sciences from UCLA and her undergraduate degree in History from Loyola Marymount University. In addition to her library work, she has assisted undocumented individuals to gain legal residency, and has counseled men, women, and children who are victims of domestic violence. Sylvia received her certification as a Mediator, focusing on conflict management and dispute resolution, and is a human resource specialist in the hospitality industry. Sylvia is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Elizabeth Ratinoff
Elizabeth is a graduate of Brandeis University and Loyola Law School. She has been a criminal lawyer for 17 years and has taught "Persuasive Speaking" through the UCLA Extgension Program and "Ethics" through the UCLA Paralegal Department.
